Mornning sun on Psiloritis

Early morning at Iraklion airport with sunshine and the Psiloritis mountain range covered in snow visible from the airport, such joy to see that from here too! I'd sat in the sun waiting till check in and my legs colored a little red within an hour morning sunshine... didn't realise yet how much I'd miss that the following day! 

The flight left in time and the plane was filled for 1/3 with passengers onto Amsterdam; most of them Dutch, some Cretan, like students and the papa's of the young families who went to see their relatives in Holland. 
The flight went smooth and I enjoyed the views on the snowcapped mountains of Greece, Albania and the Alpes, from then on the clouds took over the view. Huge Cumulus clouds and a little later another layer of thin clouds above us and above those cumulus clouds... no wonder daylight is so dull and gloomy here.
