Bouncing through the Bay of Biscay

Woke early after a much better sleep than yesterday so before breakfast I took a trip round the decks to try and find the last 2 clues in the scavenger hunt. Managed to catch this rather lovely sunrise on my way round. Found one if the clues but the final one proved rather elusive.

After breakfast I headed to the theatre for the final lecture on the subject of the Cenotaph. Very moving (in more ways than one as it was quite blowy out) and entertaining.

Back on the hunt before breakfast and at the eleventh hour, success. Who would have though a picture clue with a croquet mallet would be found on a mural beside the croquet lawn!!

Proved I had found all the entries after lunch and was given a card with 2 stamps in it. When I redeemed it later I picked up a trolley token and USB charger for the car - not bad for a couple of hours walking around!

Spent the afternoon failing to pick up many points in the music trivia quiz and being one number off the jackpot bingo of $700 - que sera. Then it was time to tackle the packing before our last dinner. Delicious rack of lamb went down very nicely.

After dinner we had a couple of drinks in the lounge with the couple we met the other night before dashing down to the cabin at just before 11 to put the luggage out. All the other luggage in the corridor had been taken away and there was a solitary steward hanging around, we felt suitably guilty for being late!
