Unexpected Trip.....!!

And an overnight with my friend....hubby bought a ‘standing desk’ and the person selling lived in Dun Laoghaire....!!
So, I took the opportunity for a very mini ‘skite’ ...
My Blip picture (although not a good photo).....is the wonderful view across Dublin Bay to Howth Head on the far side...
I took it from a (rather dirty) window, high up at the top of a shopping center in Blackrock Village at a Cafe Nero where we had our afternoon coffee and enjoyed the very spectacular view....
And you may be able to see a huge ferry ship in the distance heading in to Dublin Port...!
Despite huge refurbishment and up-grading of Dun Laoghaire port they now rather stupidly no longer use it as a passenger ferry port...and everyone has to travel into Dublin...!
The silly planning or lack of here is ridiculous..!!
Anyway we had a lovely time...!!
