"I haven't blipped Mystère for a while," I thought. How hard could it be? He is one of the most uncooperative models ever. If he sits still he shuts his eyes, hence becoming invisible, or turns his back, otherwise he comes and rams his nose into the camera. Here he is with his attention focused on something else -- a blackbird probably. At least there's a boatload of light in a south-facing room with floor-to-ceiling windows.

S has gone to Andújar to look for lynxes. So far he's seen lots of road signs warning of said animals, but no actual lynxes. I had a pleasant walk along the seafront to the other end of San Cristóbal, rewarding myself with the (second) breakfast of champions -- cafe con leche and toast with crushed tomato. It was a lovely morning for a walk. The beach was heaving with people playing pétanque -- it's very popular here. It's clouded over now, but fire lit and glass of wine at the ready.
