Abstract Thursday

Ingeborg challenge today for Abstract Thursday is texture.

We were out and about this morning which took much longer that it should. This afternoon we've both been outside - the gardens and lawns need our attention on a very regular basis.  A result of all the rain we have had this month.
This morning I delivered a bucket of nectarines to our friends, and over lunch I preserved some for ourselves, there are still enough on our tree for another batch.  
Covid news - yesterday 3300 (known) cases, today over 6000 (known) cases.  And sadly another death.
