A Mass of Dash !

My dahlias are all but done, the rain yesterday pretty much finished off what was still flowering.  I rescued these and bought inside, lay them on some black card and photographed them looking down.  I'm not big on frames, but thought a white one could enhance them?

As I type there is a evacuation of 40 houses (with no questions asked) going on in the Hawkes Bay.....precautionary, but as the boss bods said, they don't want to be rescuing people off their roofs in the night.  It is raining and heavy rain expected overnight, also they are concerned about the forestery slash dam that is holding water back.
Still 50 or so people are still uncontactable.

Super Rugby started tonight - currently watching OUR CRUSADERS v The Chiefs 10-7 atm.
