Lunch out

We are going to a meeting of the local Astronomical Society this evening; this time indoors with a speaker rather than outdoors with a telescope, so it should be a bit warmer than last time.  We thought we'd eat at lunchtime rather than rush something this evening before going out, so we headed off to the Kings Head at Letheringsett.  We've not been there before but really liked it; the food was good and the interior had a nice rustic charm.  Set in a very nice position but not far from home; a bit far to walk but would be possible at a push.

Great progress on the garden today; pergola finished, the circular patio underneath installed, turf all laid, one tree planted in position, second arch installed, Jasmine planted over each arch and up trellis fences, and some more granite setts laid.  It's all looking great.  He's collecting the plants tomorrow that he hasn't grown himself, so won't be back until Monday but will finish next week. I'll probably leave the next 'progress' blip until it's all done.
