Nothing

is ever black and white!

Found out today from my solicitor that although the deeds for my property say the fences are shared - my seller said on his form (in 2020) that I own the one on the left, and the neighbour owns the one on the right - not sure I will ever get her to agree to that but at least I have copies.  

To be honest the one on the right is not in really bad condition, but I do need to get the one on the left done.  I have someone coming round to quote tomorrow hopefully!

Shattered now, and still under the weather - sneezing my way through two, luckily virtual meetings this afternoon :(
