Blue

Tonight we are off to the main opera house to see Blue, a contemporary opera about a middle class  African American family  who lose their son at the hands of a police officer.  Talk about relevant for now!  Art imitating Life.  This Dad is also a police officer.  (hence one reason for the title, Blue)  Our seats are somewhat separated , masks and proof of vaccination are still required here so I think it will be fine.    Will report tomorrow.   There are excellent interviews and music selections on the website above....

The blip is this puzzle I started ages ago…it’s too hard…I might just have to do something I’ve never done…quit and start another.

just added extra of our seats …. 1st 2 of 7 rows …. Only ones there !   At 7:11 …19 min early ..a hockey game tonight but curiously no traffic .   Very sparse.
We love these seats but they are taking them away next season .   Another decision to make
