Walk

Django's not been eating so readily in recent weeks, so he ignored my suggestion that he eat his breakfast before we left this morning. Four hours later, after 21km and 725m climb, he was glad to tuck in! The weather was fabulous - a frost on the ground and blue skies, so very clear views as we headed over to Braid Law - just out of shot to the left - then back over West Kip (location of photo), East Kip, South Black Hill and Scald Law. There was little wind, but there are some trees (see extra) near Braid Law that show its general direction and strength! 

Back home I was tired, but by walking hard uphill, and running the steep downhill sections, I'm keeping myself in some sort of condition for when I fancy running properly again.
