Put your dukes up!

This is the reaction you get if you point a lens at a praying mantis.   Well for a second and then it ran away surprisingly fast.   I generally see them in stalking mode where they hardly move but if they need to put a bit of speed on they can.

More rain here but not as much as Sydney is getting.  We seem to be in the centre of the low with the rain being most in the outer edges.
