Edinburgh Shadows

To celebrate Debs Birthday, I treated her to an overnight stay in a Country Hotel just outside Edinburgh. We drove into the city, and did a few touristy bits. 

My favourite pics of the day though were pretty abstract - a pair of modern "big" boots crossing a cobbled street, and a railing by a building site, with lovely wonky shadows on the folded / creased netting behind.

We had a lovely dinner in our hotel, and didn't have to worry about driving home, so we could have a drink.
