The View

Relatively quiet day today. We went for breakfast at a local cafe called The View, close to Wootton Wawen, but arrived five minutes after they had stopped serving it so it became brunch lol. Very nice too, croquet monsieur for me and bacon, brie, and red onion relish for Jayne. 

Located alongside the Stratford canal and with it’s own marina as seen in the photo. Plenty of walkers with dogs stopping for refreshments and nice busy atmosphere to the place with lovely, friendly young staff and we might call again next week.

Afterwards a visit to see my younger sister for a coffee and catch up before heading home via filling the car with diesel and then some supplies from Waitrose.
