Pat the Artist, And me…

The Photographer.

The thumbnail is of a photograph I took of Pat in California  just over 41 years ago. The camera was an Olympus OM2. 

Pat is experimenting with an idea for painting me and that is what is on the easel. There are references to lighthouses, our house, hands across the sea, a red Lotus Elan Sprint we owned many years ago and a photograph of me taken probably ten years ago by the resident photographer at Forgan Art Centre.

The painting is in its first stages.

The first live Probus meeting which went well, as I did my vote of thanks. I speak extemporaneously.
