Mono Monday: Anagram

Today’s cool mono Monday theme is to make an anagram from the letters in the word photography and represent the word through a blip. The word I have chosen is

TROPHY

I blipped two trophies in one shot. The one holding the bat was a Coaches Award for 1982. It was for one of three softball championship teams I coached when I taught in the Diocese of Buffalo.

The softball also represents more than one championship. I wasn’t allowed to keep the actual trophies because they were placed in a display case in the Town Hall. (Probably collecting dust somewhere now.) I think you can read that one.
I loved coaching (and playing and umpiring softball!)

Many thanks to KangaZu (Peggy) for such a great job hosting this month. Your next delightful host will be Carolina.

During a softball game the coach asked a young girl on her team, “do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?”

The little girl nodded.

“Do you understand that what matters is whether we play together as a team and put forth our best effort?“

Again, she nodded yes.

“So,” she continued, “if a strike is called or you are out at first, you don’t argue or curse or attack the umpire. Do you understand all of that?“

Once again, the girl nodded in agreement.

“Good,“ said the coach. “Now go over there and explain that to your father.“
