ELPC

That may be the good weather over for a while – it was dull and overcast when I headed out for my pre-work walk.  By lunchtime there was drizzle and I had my winter coat on again.  My last wee walk of the day, after another long day at the laptop was in the dark and it rained and I got very wet.
 
With all the good weather recently, the mud has mostly dried up, which has meant BB hasn’t been quite so mucky after rugby.  He made up for it tonight and came home absolutely covered in mud.
 
I’m not sure what this stone is marking.  It is under a hedge at the side of the road.  It says ELPC.  Any ideas?
