…………………..from my walk today. Day one of thirty and I clocked up a little over 4.5 miles…a lovely walk along the cliff top with blue sky and sunshine all the way.

An early start to get my nephew out for work on time…I resisted going back to bed but didn’t achieve an awful lot this morning apart from updating the IOS on both my phone and iPad. I did manage to clean the shower before heading out for my walk. Eldest was here for tea and the little one will arrive in the morning to keep me on my toes.
