Today has been a better day healthwise and I’m feeling a little hopeful that I’m on a better path. After 6 months it’d be great to find something that works.

It’s been another wonderful sunny day. Missy enjoyed another swim in the Arrow River - a faster flowing part today. My daughter arrived for a visit too. It’s great seeing her looking so much better. She’s ticked the Covid box.

There’s rain forecast - tomorrow or Tuesday. Fingers crossed!
