In other news, despite frequent testing indicating otherwise, we've been suspicious of E's cold - to the extent that I've started sleeping in a spare room. Our suspicions were confirmed today when a faint but unignorable second line appeared.

Thankfully our holiday cottage is not booked for a while so E's moved 'next door' and started ventilating and sanitising the place.
