Who's Coming for Dinner?

Except for a family graduation dinner last June and one friend here a few times,   ..oh and Xmas eve with this  crew and a few days at the island.,    we have been just the two of us for dinner for more than 2 years.   With the pandemic seeming to lighten up we’ve talked about going to restaurants….did it twice but don’t like the crowd or the noise anymore.   Have been talking about dinner with Peter and the girls and today is Kirsten’s birthday so they opted for Japanese take out (it’s really painful to try to make something for everyone’s different diets and likes) which SHE is  bringing !!   Hope the others bring a birthday cake.  All I did is set a table…(.I know it’s not Easter but we’re not repeating this next week,  hence my rabbit, duck and chicken collection. You might notice not only do I not cook, I don’t iron.)     A bit of a dust and vacuum was needed.  The flowers are from the crabapple trees in front of the condo which are rather spectacular.  (see extra.  If you look really closely you can see I will have 6 tulips bloom that the rabbits didn’t eat!).
