Patrol

I noticed a poor motorist by the gate for a long time who on closer inspection hadn't broken down, but had been stopped by the local enforcers of law and order for over an hour. Maybe they had broken their pencils.

Much more interesting however was this bird of prey which was alas rather high up and too far away, nevertheless I'd be interested to know what you think it is. It might be a black kite, which are in the skies around here, or so I'm told. There was another one with it for a while. They seemed to be patrolling the tree tops.
