Outing

A family outing was in order as Nephew #3 was in town with Chorley FC as they visited Bradford (Park Avenue) in a National League North Fixture. Appropriately the Lancastrians were in red and the Yorkists in (mainly) white. 

After a couple of months out with injury it was good to see Adam back in the team (extra). As we move towards the close of the 21/22 season Chorley are looking good for a play-off spot, while Avenue are looking safe enough in the lower end of mid-table.

A gang of us including 14yo & 17yo gathered at Horsfall Stadium (extra), thankfully well sheltered from the hail showers that swept across the ground for much of the match. It was a fairly balanced game but there were no goals, so 0-0 it finished.
