At Ruardean: Magnificent Mushrooms!

The Deliciously cheesy macaroni at Lodge Farm Kitchen is quite something. Its finely handcrafted with those lush tomatoes on top, that I blipped the other day. I photographed the finished 'mac cheeses', but then got distracted by the mushrooms browning off in the pan for the vegetable lasagnes. Simply an explosion of mushrooms!

The irresistible ingredients are so like what you would have a sneaky munch on at home, as you cook your own lasagne....the smell and taste....mouthwatering....mmmm x
