With The Wind In Your Face

Today was bracing, to say the least. Very strong winds making quite big waves for an inland lake, with white horses evident, crashing in on the rocks and spraying up in the air.

All quite dramatic and 'in your face', making me feel alive and in touch with raw nature. Timing was critical to capturing the splashes so I upped the shutter speed and used a wide aperture for shallow dof. A fast shutter helped also with camera vibration in the wind.
