The first hepatica

Maybe I have been too busy to notice them before, but at least now they are blooming beautifully. On the other hand, two days ago it was still so wintry that they couldn't have been there then.

Chopping firewood for the storage by the cowshed after taking its roof off in the morning. Feeling quite stiff afterwards, but there's still a lot to do, and other work waiting.
