Money May Not Buy Happiness....

... but I would rather cry in a Jaguar than on a bus.

Francois Sagan

Today was a happiness day. I was a guest of the JEC (Jaguar Enthusiasts Club)

We were at an open day, at the premises of world renowned classic car specialists CMC, in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

I have been itching to get in there for ages. Today was the day. It was an eye popping experience to see so many cars from all over the country. Mainly Jaguar, but some Aston Martins as well. And a few Triumphs.

I saw a car that was purportedly the only one of its kind and valued in excess of a million pounds. I saw a car that had been fully restored and was valued in excess of £250,000..I saw many other cars valued at around £100,000.
It was quite too much to take in. Of course I took far too many pictures.

The ones I have chosen for the main and the extras are just a few to evidence the money and beautiful metal on show.

Kitty held her own and was in fine company. As I say, a happiness day..

Mrs I wanted to head back to Wales for a few days so here we are again, chilling metaphorically as well as actually. Its bloody freezing.
