..beside the orangery at Brakenhurst college today. Luckily one of the college staff suggested I wander over to have a look; not so much for Enzo who had to wait a minute or two whilst I took a few pics. BORING (he says).

Remembered for the first time to take my own bottle of water to put on the Sauna to make it feel hotter for my usual post swim reward. Also Inspired / reminded by watching Wiff Hoff's BBC series, also remembered use the cold shower afterwards, but a FAIL. Wasn't pysched up to do the 15 seconds challenge (just 10ish I guess). Will do next time.
