In amongst it!

At last I managed to get out again and had a short walk, keeping an eye on how many steps I took.  At last I got to the field of oilseed rape and this is the result.  Some of you may recognise the tree as this tree has been in previous editions, but not from this angle.  Today was a greyish day and although the photo was ok, I decided to replace the sky with one of my own using photoshop, so again, we have the Ukranian flag  colours.  I also stood in the field taking photos of traffic as it sped passed,  working on my 'Speed' theme  a bit like those found on the Tour de France where the photographer stands in a field of sunflowers
The extra is from yesterday.  There is a story here. While photographing the white/bluebells a pensioner came out and talked to me.  She told me the tale of them.. The white bells were in her neighbour's garden and decided to de-clutter and this is where she put them.  The neighbour has died, but the white bells survived.  A great tale and pleased to hear it.  We had a good chat.  This lady came out again today and talked to my son as he cut the grass (a seasonal job) and they got talking too.  A told her she was talking to me yesterday and they had a good chat too.  Amazing.
