It's Raining

Well, why not? It's a Bank Holiday. In other parts of the world they're called Public Holidays and probably should be in the UK because the banks have all been closed apart from 1 or 2 in larger towns. Bank holidays are a particularly British thing and it's become a tradition that families get into their cars and drive towards the seaside, sit in the longest traffic jam they can find and argue with each other. Fortunately, once you're retired you don't have to do that any more.
