Today Mrs W’s (our) new spotting scope turned up, and we were so engrossed with that I didn’t get a proper blip, so when in doubt . . .
 
. . . Unfortunately this was a bit of  a disaster too - not my best effort by a long shot.  I had to eat up the left-overs, last week Mrs W beat me to them, and that’s saying something.
 
We are pleased with the results with the spotting scope, especially when used with a T mount and the cameras.  I have included at extra one taken with my telephone, but the ones taken with the EOS R suffered badly with heat haze, so they are destined for the recycle bin.
 
Hopefully back to normal tomorrow.
