Amongst the Aliums

My sister, her fiancée and I visited the Walked Garden at Croome today; their first visit to Croome and mine to the gardens. It’s a privately owned space of 7 acres within the NT property, taken over in 2000s and restored to glory. It’s the largest Georgian walled garden in the UK.
We wandered around in the sunshine, enjoying the sculptures and glass houses. We also chatted to the head gardener and the owner about the challenges of the past two years.
For local blippers , well worth a visit. It costs £5 per adult but there is help yourself tea ,coffee ,water and ice cream :)
