An Ent in the woods

With the annual Open Gardens approaching in two weeks time its been another day tidying up the garden.  Without this deadline I fear the garden, already described as “ woodland” i.e. nature is in control would quickly disintegrate into wilderness.
 
So time only for a quick walk across the road into the Mine woods. Spotted this “ construction” an ent made not by nature but some enterprising individual. Rather like it.
 
*Ents are mythical tree creatures in Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings. They live in Middle Earth.
