Spinach Borani!

I made it today and it was delicious! The other grandparents liked it too which made me very happy! 
They brought a medley of beans in a dressing which was delicious and went well with the Borani!  

 It’s been quite an evening, Nana and I looking after kids and helping to put them to bed and 8yo read me the whole of her book too! Mum and the other grandad were building furniture for the girls!
