The Lozarithm Lens

Woody Thursday (Thursday 19th May 2022)

Work continued at the top of the garden on Thursday, with the Cerney shingle that I bought on Monday being unloaded, unpacked and raked over the area beside the car port by Refna, who also re-sited the green leaf mulch container seen in the background. This area proved to be too dark for anything to grow, so the young fernery that was there has been transplanted to a more suitable area.

I collected some bricks and marked the new shingle borders with them, did other odd jobs and made the tea.

The cast iron bath will soon be out of the way on the other side of the shed (before its eventual move to the Front Yard) so that work can be done in this corner of the garden. A productive morning.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Andrew Wasylyk and Alabaster DePlume - Dreamt In The Current Of Leafless Winter (2022)
I suppose I should have posted this in January during leafless winter, when this was published, but I had never heard it until Elizabeth Alker played it on her Radio Three show Unclassified on Thursday night/Friday morning. However, it sounds just as good at any time of year.
