Over the fence

Over the fence is an elderberry shrub and this time of year it carries these pretty white flowers. I like elderflower drinks, so I should harvest these flowers I suppose, but it is a bit of a performance so it is easier to buy it! Later in the year there will be bunches of luscious black elderberries.
Despite recent rainfall I have been watering again this evening.
