Portrait

This was a lot of fun.. I painted it during a workshop this morning and am not quite finished ... it needs a few tweeks.. especially now that I see it on the screen but I was quite pleased with the outcome on the whole.

It is lovely having himself home once more. Neither of us slept very well so an early night tonight.  Last night we were both too hot.. but the change in the weather may make it a cooler sleep so should I swap over to the summer weight duvet? .. hate that decision as it might mean we get cold in the night instead and I really need to sleep!
