Drink on the seafront anyone?

When I got home from yesterdays walk I decided to book a physio session. 
The verdict was that I am very strong and just need to tone up my muscles so I have a programme of exercises to do with a rubber band. If I feel I need a boost then I could book some sessions in the gym. 
I would try the exercises now but my knees and ankles feel as if they’ve been through a crushing machine!
