Dragonfly Heaven

Today was a very long day. As most Sundays, the day began with heading off to church and in true form Kent wore a patriotic tie and pair of socks. I had on a navy skirt, white blouse and wore a patriotic scarf and jewelry.

Once our church was finished, we just stayed put as Kent was playing the organ today for the other ward (congregation) as well. Their pianist had injured a tendon in his had at work and was out of commission for a while. Their ward is short on people who can play whereas our ward has several. We are rotating out.

This church meeting was extra long as the bishopric was being changed. Bishop Bagley and his family are moving away and we sure are going to miss them. Kent taught most of the boys in the Young Mens program.

As soon as church was over we headed home where we changed and then headed out to do the monthly ride around on the ATV Right before getting into the ATV we had our FaceTime with the grandkids.

It was a beautiful day to be out and about and I was a happy camper when we went to Dragonfly Heaven. I could have made a collage using 8 photos that turned out great.

Shortly after leaving Dragonfly Heaven, we got a flat tire. Bummer. That cut our excursion short. Probably just as well as it was 6 pm when we got home and I was tired. I still had photos from yesterday to download as well as today’s. Yikes.

Hope everyone else is having a great weekend
