Stranger in the pond . . .

My planned blip for today was a follow up from yesterday’s with the freshly delivered bunting in place (see extras), but after developing the shots I took this morning (Mrs W’s repeat performance after last Wednesday – I took the EOS R with me this time) I just had to blip this shot of the stranger in the pond.
 
He (I think ‘he’ as he is running around with the boys) is a fair bit bigger than the mallards, but seems at home with them.  I’ve no idea of his pedigree, but I like this photo, heavily cropped as it is.
 
Also at extra is a confused duckling doing the goose-step, and one paddling.






ps - Mrs W did allow them to have some blood this morning . . .
