Perfect Evening in da Paet Hill

A beautiful sunny day, all day.  Lovely and warm, and a cooling breeze.  Sunset is now 2216hrs, looks like the sun will be out to the end.

Another early shift in the airport.  A lovely morning out meeting and boarding flights.  An afternoon on the check-in desk.  Our summer Bergen flights were busy this afternoon.  An evening in the peat hill.  Came back home, mam and Elise had the kettle on.  Early night again. 

It sure was the perfect night to be in the peat hill casting peats.  Beautiful sunshine, and that breeze kept me cool with all the hard work.  Not many distractions, just one passerby stopped for a yarn, so made good progress.  Just need another good evening tomorrow, and I'll be finished with the casting, ready to start raising them.  Taken up the Hill of Fitch, Tingwall.
