Coral Peony

A day of waiting in as we had 2 new fence panels fitted at the bottom of the garden this morning! So that's another job ticked off the list - if only we didn't keep adding to it!

So  a walk to the local shops first thing for some bread, and to take some bags of clothes/shoes to the recycling bank.  Also ended up buying a cute planter/bird bath from the local florist who, sadly, is having a closing down sale.

And this afternoon I've cut the lawn for the first time in a month as i took part in no mow may. I have left an area of clover unmown as it just felt cruel to destroy it! Hopefully the bees will enjoy it!  And I got to enjoy more of the peonies as they open up - I love this coral one!

Have also been watching Big Jet TV on Youtube - 2 planes landed at Heathrow today with Star Wars liveries (one Stormtrooper, one R2-D2!), and there was a nice Tintin livery taking off to Brussels too! I love it when airlines get creative!!
