It's Time

Our sweet DogGirl Tara, as I type this, is undergoing Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) surgery on her right back knee. She partially tore her cruciate back in Nov of last year while playing at the DogPark. She's been going to weekly Physical Therapy sessions, hoping that it might heal, but although the PT has kept her muscles from atrophying, surgery is necessary. It's Time. She will be kept overnight and I'll be able to bring her home tomorrow morning. We're very fortunate to have one of the top Veterinary schools in the Southeastern U.S. right here at the Univ. of Florida! Please keep our Tara in your thoughts!
