Bugs Galore!

I had a great morning bug hunting! This is one I'd never seen before -  a Brassica Bug.

The extras include: sloe bug, dock bug, and potato capsid (if my identification is correct!)

I also had a close encounter with a very tatty-looking Great Tit. As I was trying to get an image of the Brassica Bug I saw a black shadow in my peripheral vision. I looked up and sitting on the end of my macro lens was the said bird. It then jumped onto my hand. I think it may have been fed by someone before and was expecting the same from me. Usually we do have a ready supply of bird food but I hadn't brought any with me today. 

And I didn't have anyone with me to take a photo of the cheeky bird either...
