A Day Worth Recording

Notgrass

When we moved here this was a grass bank and a right pig to mow.

Gradually, we herded the ferns from around the garden to the shady end of the bank, and replaced the turf with a succession of semi-wild colour.  Clearly it's daisy season, preceded by primroses and then Camassia, next will be the yellow Heleniums and orange Rudbekia.

And no mowing.
