Wide-on-Wednesday: Long Summer Days

At 55 degrees north of the equator we do get some lovely long summer days at this time of year. So far June weather has been a little disappointing here and today began with pouring rain. However by evening the sky had cleared nicely and I thought I'd take a sunset photo over the local churchyard. It wasn't as dramatic as I'd hoped but this is the best I could get, using my fisheye lens. The time stamp on the photo is 21.34, just 7 minutes before the "official" time of sunset this evening. It looks best when viewed large.

Many thanks to Steveng for hosting Widwed again this week.
