ABSTRACT THURSDAY

I had an email recently from a fairly local Garden Centre to say that today ALL the plants would be half price - so we decided to have a little trip out as we do have a few spaces to fill in the garden.

The world and his wife had also decided to make the same trip and trolleys were like gold dust.  However, we were very restrained and only bought 5 plants, but were amazed at the number other people were buying.

One of our plants was a beautiful Hydrangea “Anda” so I enjoyed having a play with it in my iColorama app and this is the result - with the frame courtesy of the Carbon app - you can see the original in as an extra.

Thank you for your kind comments, stars and hearts for the Baptisia yesterday - I should have no worries now about Flower Friday photographs!  Mr. HCB was delighted to pass his initiation but has declined to go shopping alone - unless it is to a garden centre!

I am seeing my physiotherapist tomorrow at 3 o’clock so am hoping she can work a miracle!

“Gardening is the art that uses
     flowers and plants as paint,
and the soil and sky as canvas -
working with nature
     provides the technique.”
