M feeling much better. .A pleasant sunny day.  Fletchs walk along Channel side. Nice and relaxing. 

Called into Tesco for the usual essentials. 
At the side of the carpark on a bit of waste ground theres a patch of wild poppies. The light was perfect. Tried to get a few shots with my phone  but it was windy so hard to focus on the flowers. Wish I'd had my dslr.
