a lifetime burning

Blue

It has been another busy day in the recording studio, finishing off the Wedding music with Dave.  It has been quite hot and fairly intense, but the end results are good and Dave seems very pleased, which is very rewarding.

But the end result is that I've not had time for all sorts of other things that I might have otherwise been doing.  How on earth did I manage before I retired?

This is a Common Blue, a species I've blipped relatively recently. I did see a small number of Brown Argus butterflies and had hoped to get a shot of one of them - but every one that I found had badly damaged wings, so I've gone with the Common Blue.  I'll have to try again for those Brown Arguses :-)
