Final Breakfast on da Boat

We got transported from rural England to tropical Spain today!  A sunny and hot day, not what I was expecting.  The temperature was mostly about 33-34⁰c, but did read as high as 37⁰c at times.

Last day of the boat hire, packed our bags, cleaned the boat and off we went.  Arrived back in Norwich, staying in a hotel for three nights, and a hire car.  A morning shopping in the city, and I had lunch at Burger King, always a treat when away.  In the afternoon, we headed to Happisburgh and the beach there, even managed to paddle in the sea.  Off out for a meal tonight.

What a wonderful week touring around the Broads, and the stunning weather really has made it even better.  We've managed to explore many villages and countryside that I've never been to before.  We've not seen it all yet, so I'll have to book a trip here again in the future.  Here's our final meal on board the Amethyst Light III, breakfast.  L-R - Mam, dad, big Brian, Madeline, peerie Brian and me.  Taken in the Herbert Woods Dock, Potter Heigham, Norfolk.
