Red Rose

My husband had an Addenbrookes appointment during the morning which, with the hour long wait for his new medication lasted three hours. Then we went into town to collect his new suit for Victoria’s wedding. We had coffee and a very late lunch in John Lewis. Despite the rail strike we went in and came home by train, although the 1620 from Cambridge was the last train leaving for London Liverpool Street Station.

Today’s picture, taken when I got home is of one of the red roses blooming in my front garden.

The temperature today at noon today was twenty degrees Celsius.
